There are stairs in the guest house. The ADA accessible entrance is on the side of the main house near the laundry.

Heated Pool Option: $375 for stays of 2-3 days, with an additional $125 per day for longer stays. The max heating temp is 90°F; any temp above this incurs an additional charge. If the outdoor low temp is more than 40°F below the pool temp, an extra charge applies. Heating must be requested at least a week in advance and applied for the entire stay. The pool is available year-round, heated or unheated.

**If the pool heater malfunctions due to factors beyond our control, we will refund the heating fee but do not offer refunds for any other portion of the stay, including partial refunds. 

** A security deposit or damage waiver is required after booking confirmation. Guests can choose a $125 damage waiver, covering up to $5,000 in accidental damage, or opt for a refundable $5,000 damage deposit. This ensures peace of mind for you and your guests, protecting against unintentional damage for a worry-free stay.

** We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Once your booking is confirmed, we can provide a link to our recommended provider. They offer 100% reimbursement for covered cancellations before your trip begins and up to 150% for interruptions after travel has started.
