HOW DO WE ORDER DECORATIONS?

Once your reservation is confirmed, let us know your chosen decor package, theme, backdrop and balloon colors, and any banner text (if applicable). We'll coordinate with our decor partner, who will reach out to finalize the details. The best part? You'll arrive to a beautifully decorated home—no stress, no scheduling hassles!

DO YOU ALLOW EVENTS?

Events may be permitted on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Please provide the event size and purpose, and we’ll take it from there!

CAN WE CHECK IN EARLY?

Due to popular demand, we've added early check-in options! To guarantee early check-in, we recommend booking the night before your stay—this ensures the home is available, as our team needs the full turnover time between guests. If that’s not an option, we offer same-day early check-in for $75 per hour, subject to availability. This helps us maintain a smooth experience for all our guests.
